Let me inform you that our price lists are informative. Your booking is only valid if it has been confirmed in form of e-mail or message. If you’d like to cancel your booking you can do that by phoning us. If for some reason you are unable to show up at the salon at the reserved time, please let us know in time! Due to the fact that the reorganization will take time, cancellation / change of date is possible free of charge 48 hours before the booked time (by e-mail or telephone) please take into account our opening hours.
